1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Within 30 days of the delivery date, we accept returns for a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:
- Damaged Products: The product was damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Items: You received an item that does not match your order.
- Quality Issues: Functional defects or quality problems occurred during normal use.
How to Apply: Please record a short video demonstrating the issue and send it to our support team at service@lozlin.com. Once our team confirms the defect or shipping error, we will arrange for a refund or reshipment immediately.
2. Fees and Taxes
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item), LOZLIN will cover all return shipping costs.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Please note that original shipping fees, as well as any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.
- Deductions: For other returns, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Refund Method: All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Request: Contact us at service@lozlin.com before sending any items back. We will provide you with specific instructions.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Quality Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will send a confirmation email within 24 hours. Our QC team will inspect the item to ensure it remains unopened and in its original condition.

Outcome:
- Approved: If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Rejected: If the item is found to be used or damaged, we will notify you of our decision. This may include shipping the item back to you at your expense.
4. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- In-Transit Policy: We cannot cancel orders that have already entered the shipping process.
- How to Cancel: Please email service@lozlin.com with your Order Number, Full Name, and Email Address.
- Refund Timing: Once approved, please allow 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
